The full story

Roomzzz is a new brand within the Parklane Group, which provides short- and long- term self-contained and serviced rental properties - Aparthotels - sitting somewhere between a rental and a hotel, aimed at an exhaustive selection of client types. 

We were tasked with creating a suite of brand films for Roomzzz, with a view to demonstrating the rich value of Roomzzz’s offering through a selection of snappy, appealing films which showed their aparthotels in action. So we worked with Roomzzz’s marketing team to develop their four main user profiles and the USPs Roomzzz offer to each one in order to craft a suite of films that speak to each one specifically.

Tailoring each film to suit the target audience, without needing loads of reshoots, as well as keeping the films cohesive to Roomzzz’s brand identity, was the most key part of this project. We created a versatile storyboard of content for business customers, leisure customers, family customers, and long-stay customers, delivering top value for Roomzzz by strategically shooting content that could be used in all of the targeted brand films. Roomzzz’s offering is diverse, but their values are the same - a key idea we used to shape the content of the films. 

From the welcoming, lively tone of the Families cutdown to the effortless feeling delivered in the Long Stays one; from the bubbly relaxedness of the Leisure film to the efficient but easy stay shown in the Business one - our films managed to demonstrate the variety of offerings Roomzzz have, and across the selection, show their versatility too.
