What has been distributed so far has gone down really well and has served as great material for potential buyers for their properties but also for future investors both domestic and abroad.
Renaker is fast becoming the recognised name when it comes to high rise buildings in Manchester. They are building new urban communities at rapid pace and are redefining what it means to live in a city. We first connected with them when we were asked to film the penthouse within one of their new buildings.
Since then we have built up a great relationship and have now worked on a few different projects over the past year. We’ve shot some social media content for Chinese New Year, some apartment tours, some Manchester wide material and have now started working with some of their partners such as Luxury Invest Group and HOME housekeeping. Each brief is different and we’ve loved getting to know Renaker and working with them on a diverse range of projects.
